Pros

Pace really values its employees. They offer great benefits, fun employee gatherings, and they take strides to make the work environment fit employee wants and needs. The upper management is friendly and easy to work with. I have never felt uncomfortable raising concerns or discussing my future needs.

Cons

I can't think of any cons that are big enough to write about here.

I worked at Pace Communications full-time (less than a year)

    Pros

Generally a good team environment, smart hiring decisions, and great creative work. Neat facilities near downtown. Monthly exposure to other projects on which the agency is working. Opportunities exist to get involved with other projects of interest.

    Cons

Lack of support and protection from abusive clients. From employees being hospitalized due to the negative effects of stress placed on them in their positions, quick and seemingly unjustified firing decisions. It creates an overall uneasiness in the entire working environment. It felt like you needed to be looking over your shoulder at all times, wondering if you'd be next.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stand up for your employees. Enough is enough. Choose to align yourself with companies that treat their employees and YOUR employees with respect and dignity. In the end, it's about more than making money.
