    I worked at Pace Micro

    Pros

    Because of the nature of the work, long hours are not always necessary. The salary is not bad, technical knowledge sharing is prevalent.

    Cons

    HR policies are a pain, the finance team is almost invisible, very unprofessional over all. The organizational structure leaves too much room for improvement.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Try keeping the HR policies more transparent, and without some regulations for those, too many employees and former employees have broken bridges and would not like to be associated with the company in any form again.

    If you are not pro-active, there can be a problem with you
    STB market is good this time, Scenario can change after some time
