I worked at Pacific Coast Producers as a contractor for less than a year

    Pros

Great working environment and people. Everyday you could be doing something else, really fun experience.

    Cons

Not many things to say. The only problem I guess would be some of the work is mind numbing but it is not the worst.

  2.

    Lots of hours

I worked at Pacific Coast Producers full-time for more than a year

    Pros

It's a job and stepping stool for better opportunities.

    Cons

Work to much. You will work 70 plus hours a week. Great if you're hourly but terrible if you're management. Your summers are gone. No life for 3 plus months a year. No sick time.
