The culture is bedeviled with mistrust and suspicion fueled by Directors, and above, focused on job preservation.

    Pros: Work life balance, tuition reimbursement, amazing health insurance, opportunities to try different jobs, the employee resource groups (like clubs) are a great way to meet… Cons: Hard to get promoted, mind numbing bureaucracy, too many layers of management leads to inflexibility and inefficiency, no one wants to take responsibility for… Advice to Senior Management: I think the views at this company are way too short sided . .always looking at staying on budget for the year but not realizing… More
