“Optimistic”
Current Employee – been working at Pacific Gas and Electric full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – Stable employement, great environment for learning about the industry, tons of smart / dedicated people. New senior management seems promising. Lots of room for growth and new opportunities.
Cons – PG&E is a very large company, so it is challenging to implement efficiencies. People with a wide variety of skill and dedication seem to be rated similarly, making it difficult to remain enthusiastic about "going that extra mile."
Advice to Senior Management – Have the tenacity and stamina to get PG&E back to its roots of operational excellence.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
