Pros

Excellent opportunities for advancement, good pay and benefits, a good company with great history and sense of pride.

Cons

None that I wouldn't find at any other company.

    Employee safety is a number one priority.
    Good Team Environment.
    Great compensation and benefits.
    Baked goods available for the team every week.
    Field trips to various company sites.

    Cons

    Some internal processes take quite a while.
    Best practice documentation needs to be improved.
    Internal restructuring was a little cumbersome.

    Leverage best practices that have been set by Utility and IT organizations to improve efficiency and reduce micro-managing. Make the company's processes less complicated and flow smoothly.
