    Pros

Employee safety is a number one priority.
    Good Team Environment.
    Great compensation and benefits.
Baked goods available for the team every week.
Field trips to various company sites.

    Cons

Some internal processes take quite a while.
Best practice documentation needs to be improved.
Internal restructuring was a little cumbersome.

    Advice to Management

Leverage best practices that have been set by Utility and IT organizations to improve efficiency and reduce micro-managing. Make the company's processes less complicated and flow smoothly.

    Pros

Benefits include pension plan, but you must work here for 5 years first to be eligible. Salary seems decent.

    Cons

Very old style thinking and slow to adapt and implement new processes and technologies; nepotism still exists here

    Advice to Management

Way too many layers to get decision making done and unfortunately, big decisions aren't shared with everyone to contribute which leads to poor decision making; senior management should be more in tune with the day to day operations and tasks of their employees
