I worked at Pacific Gas and Electric full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

Education benefits, ongoing training and development, interesting assignments, working with people who care.

    Cons

Public reputation, adversarial environment. Mistakes can cost lives.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Don't sacrifice service to customers for the shareholders returns. Take a look at your "supplier diversity" program - there was some "gaming" going on when I looked at it.
