Good benefits, slow moving.

ProsPG&E has great benefits and job security. I have been able to move across groups and try different roles. It is interesting to be in a company that is in the public eye.

ConsProjects can move slowly. It is a large company so it can be difficult to bring in all interested parties to get to a decision and move on.

Advice to Senior ManagementFocus on results. If you develop a process, make sure the process contributes towards results.
