Cons

- Very poor upper management
- Very difficult to get promotion
- Lot of bureaucracy

Advice to Senior Management

- To spend less amount on consulting companies to figure out companies problems and more on the employees.
- Give promotion generously. Having a handful on expert in a company of 25000 does not seem right.
