ProsPay, benefits, and employee discounts. You also get to work with some really great people who care about the work that they do.

ConsLack of training, lack of concern to the environmental impact caused by construction (a very weak procedure put in place), management has this "us against them" attitude towards union employees which make communicating concerns a tedious task, and nepotism is often tolerated, and dare I say, practiced among the ranks of management.

Look for well… Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company… More

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

I have been working at Pacific Gas and Electric

Pros: PG&E for the most part is a very stable place to work. Good pay and flexible. Most employees take a… Cons: Difficult to have an impact if not in a leadership role.… More
