- Disapproves of CEO
“Love the work but hate the pay.”
Current Employee – been working at Pacific Pulmonary Services full-time
Pros – Love the feeling of helping others. Laid back atmosphere.
Cons – Company is cheap. Raises are minimal. Starting salary is pathetic. (I was coming off unemployment and had to take what they offered or go back to unemployment). They don't appreciate their workforce. Terrible mngmnt of resources in the company. To many restrictions for sales force to really succeed.
Advice to Senior Management – Send all supplies thru mail. No reason to send a tech 80 miles to deliver a No Smoking sign or a few Cannulas (complete waste of gas n time). Listen to the people who deal with the clients on a daily basis.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
