Flexible schedule. Opportunities to learn different technologies.

Cons

Information is only distributed through gossip. No clear process. There is little teamwork.

    Pros

    Some flexibility with hours. You earn a paycheck.

    Cons

    Extremely high turn over, constant changes in structure and processes. Very bad moral.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Give things time to work. Seems there is heavy focus on projects then they quickly become irrelevant. Salesforce - lots of time and money spent here and nobody uses it now. Stop the cuts. It effects service which ultimately effects dollars.

    Pros

    Laid back, good equipment, Great employees.

    Cons

    They only take a few insurance companies which handcuffs Sales team and lessens chances of landing more ACCTS. They don't back their employees. On the lower end of pay scale. They have you do your own reviews and rarely give a 4% raise. This year they didn't give raises! Customer Service not given enough proper training to succeed. Patients think they are a joke. They pass up fully qualified employees for career advancement for outside recruits with no relevant work history(happened to 3 of my friends, not me). They were raided by FBI in 2011 and the employees were never told the status of what happened, all swept under rug.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Back your employees, after all they did get through your background check and 3-4 interviews and drug screen.
