    Pros

Really great work/life balance, company values aren't just talk, they live by them which is awesome. You get a whole lot of PTO from the start.

    Cons

The company is a little tight on resources, so it's really tough to get promotions or a decent raise. Getting more staff resource on your team is really tough as well, even if you need it so you always have lots of work to do.

    Recommends
    Positive Outlook
    Approves of CEO

Great pay, but Executives are not on the same page.

    Pros

Culture, Pay, Benefits are or were great. Really enjoyed working with most folks there. Very supportive of Veterans.

    Cons

Benefits are in decline due to company trajectory. Culture created by CEO is deteriorating due to a general lack of trust in Executive management.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Reset the Executive cast and focus again on culture fits. Encourage higher level of WFH adoption throughout.
Eliminate site specific SOP's/culture, there needs to be more of a focus on bringing regions online together in one voice.

    Recommends
    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
