Hard to beat in the agency world

Decline to State (Current Employee)
Irvine, CA

ProsOpenness and honesty from senior and middle management. Flexibility and encouragement to pursue life activities, and a recognition that we're all human. Never treats its employees like children.

ConsSlow to change and adapt, poor IT infrastructure makes accomplishing work difficult to very difficult depending on the day and time, lack of structure on teams. Process for decision-making can be very slow as its very inclusive. Don't provide laptops to even senior staff which can make travel difficult and greatly reduces productivity.

Advice to Senior ManagementConsider some of the simple things - improving infrastructure and computer situation.
