“Life in PPL is settled if you are in HO but much difficult if in Field location.”
Current Employee – been working at Pakistan Petroleum Limited full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – Very good rise in salary, less burden from management. Full technical environment and no corruption found in technical staff.
Cons – Rotation is long and man power is much short.
Advice to Senior Management – Promotion policy and rotation need to revise as per international standard.
