Current Employee – been working at Paladin Security Group

Pros – Good people.
Good sites and industry competetive wages
Good uniforms, comfortable.
Good communication and supervisors who are actually there for a change
Benefit are okay. My ECC is nice but needs to answer the phone more often!

Cons – Sometimes difficult to get ahold of people in the office and messages don't get returned
Payroll problems regarding correct holidays pay.(once)
I'd like to see my CSM a bit more on the site

Advice to Senior Management – I'd like to see my CSM a bit more often...it feels like you are hired and everything is great, you are put out to a site and then you on;y ever see him if there's a problem...he's a good guy but it feels like he's only there if someone is in trouble...
