“Has potential, but not with current management”
Current Employee – been working at Paladin Security Group
Pros – Pay is pretty much about industry average
Other than that there really are no benefits to working for Paladin Security
Cons – No structure
Everyone in management does just enough to cover their butt
No benefits
Extremely unprofessional attitude from office staff
Advice to Senior Management – At this point I think the people and processes in place have taken the department to a point where it can't recover. My prediction: in the near future Paladin Security will have lost their ability to serve any large clients, and will be just another residential alarm company
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
