Palantir Technologies Employee Review

Current Employee – been working at Palantir Technologies full-time for less than a year

Pros – Huge potential payouts in equity still, extremely intelligent coworkers, great work culture (it's more clear here that the employees follow a "work hard, play hard" mentality, than at any other tech company I've been a part of), location (if you like downtown Palo Alto), AMAZING perks

Cons – I'm definitely working start-ups hours at times (which can be a challenge for people that expect to go home at 5 PM regularly). Although I mention that as a 'con' to some people, the work is extremely rewarding in that you know you're affecting the lives of many people, in a positive way, through your hard work.

Advice to Senior Management – Continue to maintain the flat organization as much as possible.
