Palladion Services Employee Review

Current Employee – been working at Palladion Services

Pros – I have been with Palladion for almost 9 years and during that time the intire management staff was there for me with what I needed was support and a job when I was well enough to return to work. I was contacted weekly and asked if I needed a ride to the doctors visit and if my wife needed anything Palladion was there for me and for a fact they have been there for a lot of other empolyees

Cons – There are times when the management has to by to rough on the empolyee due to they have oblagations to the client. If an empoylee steps his bounds yes the management step in and corrects what mess the empoylee has done and they are the ones that answer to everyone of ther clients

Advice to Senior Management – The palladion office has a great team in the office and in the field I say give the supervisors more rope to work with, were here to help you as much as we can.
