    Pros

    You get what you put into it. Work hard and endure the bumps and it pays off.

    Cons

    Pull through is tough. Only a small percentage of what you sell makes it to completion.

    Raise the minimum guarantee salary.
    Your pockets are deep and full. Take care of your people!
