Lots of freedom to work on projects, people are very willing to help out, share, and talk about their work.

Cons

Lots of churn at the company. New leadership has changed around a lot of teams. Unsure if environment has been more high stress.

Advice to Senior Management

Do you own thing; not focus too much on Apple. Make a great product and matching services. Do a bit more marketing.
