Pros

Palm offers a great culture where an employee can have a great deal of visibility from top management. The company employees around 1,200 people so for high achievers, it’s easy to stand out of the crowd. The Palm brand is well recognized and perhaps its greatest asset is the intellectual knowledge it’s gained on designing PDAs and smartphones longer than anyone else.

Cons

Once a great company, Palm’s future is uncertain. The company failed to see the competition coming. There are a ton of initiatives that may put Palm on the cutting edge once again…what’s not certain is if it’s too late.
