it is a turnaround time. Yes there a are challanges but you can work on new exiting projects

Cons

If you cannot wait 1-2 years this is not for you. Making good hardware and make money out of that takes longer than 6 month. Palm is still very US focused. To succeed in a mobile phone market you have to succeed in other markets.

Advice to Senior Management

stay focused but innovate. Smartphones are becoming a comoditiy. Just because you do something cool does not mean it will make money. Decide if you want to continue to be a carrier partner of if you want to fight the carrier and do it yourself.
