I have been working at Palo Alto Networks full-time (more than 3 years)

Pros

Palo Alto Networks hires very smart people that want to make a difference. Even though the company is growing fast, there is no red tape, no BS, no politics. Benefits are great! Unlike other tech companies that innovate at the pace PANW does, you won't get burned out. The work life balance is great! I guess you just get things done faster and can leave in time when you work with smart people ;)

Cons

Vacation days are on the lower end and you can't accrue more. That's really the only downside.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Increase the vacation days and accrual to match other tech companies in the valley and introduce a 401k matchup.

I have been working at Palo Alto Networks full-time (less than a year)

    Pros

Great growth opportunities and great balance at work. The first job (BDR) might not be glamorous, but the chance to move up is. They give you the tools to learn, succeed and grow. It's not the easiest job but there is no reason to fail here.

    Cons

It's a young company. They're still making changes throughout the company internally.
