    I worked at Pampered Chef

    Pros

Sales Department have competent knowledge in direct sales
IT CIO has a vision and Goal for technology (Oracle)
    Benefits are good

    Cons

IT management is a survival of the fittest attitude. Instead of working as one IT department working towards a common goal, its every man for themselves. Blame game shifted to only certain individuals when it should be Team.

No professionalism for certain IT management (IE: abusive language in meetings (swearing),
constantly taking phone calls during meetings, texting on phone during meetings, etc)

Bringing in a new work force and cutting the old timers.
#1) Customer service is being outsource by US agency.
#2) IT being outsourced by agency out of country.

Product Line are lacking of late (making a product a new color doesn't constitute it as being new)

Many of the experienced employees are gone. Leaving management in dis-array.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

We are spending so much money for new Oracle system doesn't mean you should treat and rollover people who made the company successful.
