Pros – Good Pay. Great Health Benefits.

Cons – Stress level is high. There the pressure from managment to produce quantity in customers assisted doesnt allow the opportunity to provide quality, leading to angry customers and thus a higher stress level.

Advice to Senior Management – Take the pressure off the employees, there is enough pressure from the customers on a daily basis to provide quality service. Improve work/life balance.
