Current Employee - Engineer in Singapore (Singapore)
Current Employee - Engineer in Singapore (Singapore)

I have been working at Panasonic full-time (more than 3 years)

Pros

Good exposure, less office politics
Average pay and stable job

Cons

You have to be super multi-task to cater for multi-request from your managers
Slow career advancement, everybody have to wait for their turn to get promoted
Doing overtime is normal and if don't do means you didn't have enough commitment

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Don't treat everybody like robots, even robot also not multi-task.
Be focus, let your worker accomplish one thing at one time, not everybody can handle multi-task at the same time

Recommends
Neutral Outlook
No opinion of CEO
