I have been working at Panda Express part-time (less than a year)

    Pros

Competitive pay for entry level positions, professional work environment

    Cons

You really need to make sure you work at a somewhat busy location, otherwise they'll cut your hours because they just wont need you around. Scheduling can be kind of a joke at times, and you may find yourself going back and forth with management to try to get a concrete schedule down.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Someone should advance from Counter help to Lead Counter faster generally because the training and experience needed for the promotion can be acquired very quickly, given that the employee is a consistent worker.
