It was a paycheck.

Payday every Friday.
Very inexpensive snacks and meals the vending machined and cafes.
Free coffee and hot chocolate.
Lots of catered meals.


Very management heavily.
Lack of direction from leadership.
High employee turnover.
The review process makes the IRS tax code seem simple.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Act on the employee survey that was conducted because when the economy turns around people are going to start leaving en mass.

    Panduit offers an excellent benefits package including continuing education program, and they offer a challenging work environment. They are a large company, yet small enough that the average employee can feel like they can make an impact.


    There may be excessive focus on top talent as opposed to the growth and development of every employee. As is common with large corporations, any employee must be able to deal with change management.

    Be more open with the intents of your actions, both short- and long-range. Your employees are intelligent and can see underlying motives.
