Panduit Employee Review
Panduit – “Get a clue”

It was a good place to work for the kind of work we did. There were few people in the shop who left voluntarily. But, if anyone thinks any company looks upon you as anything other than a tool to perform a job you need to wake up. Certainly you could not believe the propaganda even if you have to pretend? The fact that any company purports to extend the idea of "family" to an ordinary employee exposes their low opinion of your intelligence. You are simply, as a subordinate, expected to be polite enough not to acknowledge the lie. Part of the 'Panduit" family? Laughable. The Cavney's are the Panduit family. Everyone else is expendable. Just as in every other business if you are not the owner you are overhead, and in a company the size of Panduit you stay or go--for the good or ill of the company-- at the whim of a faceless bureaucracy. Sad but true.
Cons
The company finally reached a size to enable management to become the primary product and focus instead of engineering and manufacturing.
Advice to Senior Management
Do what you are told to do. After all, you are merely an employee, and no different than a mold tech or an extrusion operator, except perhaps less productive.
