“OK”
Current Employee – been working at Panduit
Pros – The drive for success is exciting and contagious
Cons – Institutional patronage issues weigh heavily on the employees and their work ethics.
Advice to Senior Management – Don't throw good money after bad with complicated processes and bureaucracy. Simplify systems and processes. Acheive trust of emolyees through transparency, equality and equity, simple messages, and visionary leadership.
