Panera Bread Employee Review

Current Employee – been working at Panera Bread part-time for more than a year

Pros – This job is the best restaurant job. Company actually cares greatly about employees. very cool programs like friends in knead that helps out employees who have suffered recent crises. Company also donates lots of food to shelters and is also as I consider a green company.

Cons – Less pay than i'd like but it still is pretty manageable, working dish kinda sucks too, but time goes by faster !

Advice to Senior Management – You're doing great!
