    Pros

There were a lot of people my age and I made a lot of good friends working there.

    Cons

Too much work and responsibility was placed on the associates without enough of a compensation

    Advice to Management

Give raises more often to those who work hard, more frequently and they will be likely to stay with you longer

    Pros

Flexible hours, great working environment, great teaching methods, friendly coworkers, approachable management, getting to know regulars, easy sandwich and salad builds, discounted food (within restrictions), and well-trained staff.

    Cons

Our location offered no incentives such as pay increases, difficult to advance in the company, occasionally there are difficult customers, cafe workers may not get breaks, hours range from very early in the morning to very late at night, fast-pace may become stressful to some.

    Advice to Management

While I didn't often work with "Panera Corporate", I would tell the franchise owner not to forget about the needs of low level associates. It's hard to hold on to good employees without offering increases in compensation.
