    Pros

    Quality food, passionate employees, great guest, high standards and values employees. A lot of opportunity to advance if you want. Great Discounts! Part time associates are eligible for benefits.

    Cons

    Working with food, unpredictable/inconsistent hours, and sometimes overworked. Benefits are not great, and you don't get good options on your insurance plans.

    higher pay rate than most other restaurants that are equivalent
    great employee discounts on food
    very community focused restaurants

    Cons

    early hours for morning shift
    very small pay rate increases
    constantly changing management

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Employee reviews are meaningless and we know it. I was told I was one of the favorites at the store, and I got a $.02 raise, while my friend who was hired at a lower rate was told she needed to shape up, and she got a $.15 raise.
