I worked at Panera Bread part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Discount on the food for employees is decent. Good looking women come in the place all day. Some fellow employees are bearable

    Cons

Managers, Pay, Job duties, Atmosphere. This place is an absolute disaster. The pay is minimum wage and the expectations are very high. Expect to be treated like a slave.

    Advice to Management

    Hire more competent, respectful managers

  2. They have good intentions but ultimately fail to keep up employee moral.

I have been working at Panera Bread full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Flexible schedules, easy to learn, 50% discount for food on the clock.

    Cons

stressful work environment, far too often not enough staff for shifts, too dependent of long time employees, undelivered promises of raises, terrible Sunday crowds, employee insurance a joke.

    Advice to Management

You keep adding new items and not taking away old ones which is harder for the people who open the lines in the morning. It adds to an already heavy workload of getting the line set up and stresses us out even more.
