I have been working at Panera Bread full-time (less than an year)

Pros

Very laid back, great managers and customers, home feeling.

Cons

Pay is very low and we get very bad benefits. Only 50% when you work that day. Should be a lot more and higher pay then min wage

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Better discounts for employee and high pay.

    Discounts on food purchases.
    Experience in food service industry.
Variety of work jobs and assignments which can fit the individual.
