Pros

Dealing with great customers and a great staff made the day better. Panera Bread is always busy which makes time fly by.

Cons

The hours were non-routine so it was difficult to plan functions around them.

    Pros

    -Really cares about employees
-Actively try to help employees get promotions
    - Cares about its products and its service and has a great customer feedback system

    Cons

-Honestly, none that I can think of other than I didn't want to work at a restaurant for the rest of my life. But it was a great job while I had it

    Pros

personable management, plenty of hours (for a part-time job), flexible scheduling (I'm taking one class), 70% meal discount ($2-$3 a meal), Panera Cares (we package leftover baked goods for donations),

    Cons

long hours on feet, difficult coworkers (know who you're dealing with and use your people skills), I've been there almost a year, am a valued employee, and have been promised to be promoted to a Trainer position, but I don't think it's going to happen :(

    Advice to Management

Cross-train more employees instead of hiring new ones!
