Good company to work for

Associate Trainer/Planet Bread Teacher (Former Employee)
Little Rock, AR

I worked at Panera Bread full-time for more than a year

ProsDiscount on good food. Easy to move up (from associate to associate trainer to supervisor, etc.). Best training program I've had anywhere.

ConsMy specific store (Little Rock, AR) made me feel unappreciated. I worked too hard to cover for the slackers that I worked with. Waking up at 4am wasn't fun either.

Advice to Senior ManagementMAKE TEAMWORK HAPPEN.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
