I have been working at Panera Bread full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Working at Panera is a passing through job. You can't/don't want to work there indefinitely. It's good experience for young people, and if your good it means good hours.

    Cons

Panera is always hiring so theres always someone that can fill your position. Working at Panera means THEY WILL work you. Management has a higher agenda and uses exceptional employees to get the work done, while also keeping them in a mule position for as long as acceptable.

    Satisfying position while attending school

I worked at Panera Bread part-time for less than a year

    Pros

I enjoyed working with my coworkers and my management team. They worked with my scheduling issues while I was in school.

    Cons

All my mangers were great on an individual basis, but I could tell as whole they didn't get along and that made it hard to work.
