    I worked at Panini America full-time

    Pros

    relaxed daily rules - casual dress - hours somewhat flexible - many good people work there - if you like sports many athletes are in the building from time to time. benefits are acceptable exciting product line - company is growing

    Cons

    a massive amount of turnover - not all departments are treated equally - most company perks (tickets, products, event participation) are always for the chosen few - marketing dept receives every perk - some departments receive none - ever competent CEO is surrounded by weak childish VPs ( production VP is the exception) who are given complete control of their departments - major tension among departments . Marketing runs the business - rather than sales or the product team.

    Advice to Management

    be more responsible regarding production levels - and respect employees - major talent has left the business over the last three years - often due to stress or a lack of respect
