    Pros

Good practice with customer service, fast paced, rarely boring, entertaining people with a fun work environment.

    Cons

It's mostly the same thing everyday

    Advice to Management

It would be nice to get some more feedback on how to improve

  2. When I began in 2004, you could make 50-55K a year but when I left in 2011 it was down to around 18K a year.

    Pros

Mostly fair managers. Good product. Good system to route drivers

    Cons

Tips vary greatly depending on what part of town you work in, and now that the economy is terrible even in the nicer part of town nobody wants to tip over $3.00

    Advice to Management

When times are tough, do something for the team. Plan a team building exercise outside of work, offer workshops on how to maximize tips/efficiency. Don't be shy to hand out doubles to drivers even when it's slow. It's silly to have 2 drivers go to the exact same area to deliver pizzas a block apart because it's slow.
