It's got its ups and downs like every job. It's really easy but you hardly ever get off on time.

    Pros

Ok pay if you hustle and have a knack for driving and finding things. The day shift can be laid back but you won't make a lot of loot. As a driver, hopefully you will be out of the store a lot and you won't have to deal with managers, co-workers.

    Cons

At my franchise they stopped paying minimum wage + tips. When I left it was $4-5 an hour plus mileage plus tips. Back before the crash, those were the days! No delivery fee people thought went to the driver, gas was low.

You have to wear that dorky uniform of khakis and tennis shirt. You cannot have a beard.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Instead of punishing employees for not upselling or whatever, give out some reward. Hell, it can be a plastic trophy or something. Employees respond a lot better and make you more money for positive reward, it's business psychology 101.
