I worked at Papa John's part-time (More than a year)

Pros

Some pros are steady income, all the pizza you can eat, tips were good when were busy such as during the super bowl, all in all a pretty laid back job.

Cons

Sometimes would get rather hectic, pay was lousy, had to use my own car and pay my own gas when making deliveries.

Advice to Management

Develop better Quality Control among your franchises. Quality is not the same all around.

I have been working at Papa John's part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

As a college student working here provided me with a means to interact with people. That and I made decent money on tips and met a lot of cute college coeds.

    Cons

Had to drive around in my car, some customers can be extremely rude, creepy, and may not even tip you.

    Advice to Management

    Buy a Ferrari.

I worked at Papa John's part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Free food (if unhealthy), flexible hours, good way to get to know the area by heart, learn basic food preparation

    Cons

Minimum wage, driver per-delivery compensation failed to cover the cost of gas, unpredictable hours, wear and tear on your automobile

    Advice to Management

Don't use the Affordable Care Act as an excuse to raise prices when you're giving away millions of pizzas a year
