    Pros

Can be a fun working environment because of the people.
Decent hours if you are manager or opening/closing delivery driver.
Food benefits (lots of order mistakes).

    Cons

You will only work about 2 to 4 hours (sometimes even less) each night through dinner rush.
You need to be a either a manager or opening/closing driver to get decent hours. Dinner rush drivers also get less tips because there's so many other drivers on the clock and only so many deliveries and you will get stiffed often which makes those 2 to 4 hours you worked a bad experience.
Fake schedules - You will get sent home early often because of "high labor costs" and be called in often on your day off as well as be called 30 minutes before your shift and told to not come in to work because of high labor cost. Managers will often work end up working by themselves or with very little help and pressured to meet numbers and get orders out on time.
You will often run into lazy employees with no sense of teamwork or drive/initiative and who will often call out.

    Advice to Management

Invest in your employees, let them work.
