I worked at Papa John's full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Flexible schedule, the interview process was easy. It was possible to make decent money if you got a lot of deliveries.

    Cons

Drivers never get raises so this is not a career by any means. Sometimes the manager stacks the schedule with lots of drivers keeping you in the store and not on the road. You make less than minimum wage without the chance of moving up. Oh yeah believe it or not the Superbowl is the worst day to drive because there is a million drivers in the store.

    Advice to Management

Please keep your people happy. Please give your people raises when they are happy and don't stack the schedule especially during the Superbowl. Schedule the right amount of people.
