In my experience has always been a friendly easy going workplace with approval from managment as long as all standards are being held.

Cons

Not much room for expansion or advancement money wise

    at times chaotic due to high demand, some whiny customers.

    Pros

    Great advancement for hard work. Good money and ability to run make changes as needed.

    Cons

    Can be a lot of hours for new or untrained managers. Learning curve takes some balance with home/work life.

    Communication with store level employees could a little better.
