Former Employee - Delivery Driver in Chesterfield, MO

I worked at Papa John's full-time (more than an year)

Pros

Good pay, nice people, freedom of choice of music, and getting out of the office.

Cons

Paying for gas, anything that breaks on my car I pay for it, speeding tickets, covering for people that don't show up, and getting stuck with a single delivery instead of a double.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keeping the store in a good mood, and always willing to help the drivers with prep work after the lunch shift.

I have been working at Papa John's full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

You can make some decent money moving up through the ranks through your own will. Bonus program is available, and tips are common.

    Cons

This job can eat up your entire life, you may not have any time off. You may be tired on your 1 or 2 days off, if you get them. Expect 50-75 hour weeks. Your staff may be low quality, because of pay.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

You usually get what you pay for. Give raises to those who deserve it.
