I worked at Papa John's part-time (more than 5 years)

Pros

There were flexible hours and all the free food was great. Overall fun place to be and pretty laid back.

Cons

Constant changes in rules and policy, as well as management. Constant cuts of benefits/pay because of new policies produced low productivity and motivation of employees.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

If you take a benefit/pay away from the employee, for whatever reason, give them something back.

I worked at Papa John's full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

There really aren't any, aside from food discounts and being treated like you don't matter that is.

    Cons

Aside from the obvious like your car will be destroyed quicker than you think and the "compensation" that they claim you get never being enough there's a marked decrease in tips every single day because John Schnatter seems to think increasing his delivery fee is a good idea.

I can not stress it enough that you should stay as far away from Papa Johns as possible.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

You need to completely and utterly change the entire way you work from top to bottom. It's not gonna happen so I just take heart knowing that you're on the way down as far as stock prices go.
