I worked at Paradigm Consulting Group full-time for less than a year

Pros

Meet new people every day...a lot of them. Really enjoyed that. Made good money while I was there. Learned a lot about sales & started to get into the management training, then I was forced to move back to AZ for family reasons. Would have stuck around for sure.

Cons

Interview process is hard. 3 rounds of interveiws. A lot of other people interviewed while I was in the process and only 2 of us got jobs there. Better dress real sharp if you even want them to consider a 2nd interveiw.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Open up a branch in AZ so I can work there!

Faux avis par le PDG. Fake reviews by CEO

    Pros

Le bureau est agréable. Tout le monde est habillé très professionnel. Tout le monde semble sympathique. Près de l'autoroute.

The office is nice. Every one is dressed professional. Everyone seems friendly. Close to freeway.

    Cons

CEO is writing fake reviews on glassdoor and other site. It says paradigm consulting but it's not a consulting company, it's unpaid door to door sales. $0 base salaray for working 9to8pm (13 hrs) mon-sat., yesssss that's true they make you come on sat too. You don't make any sales so chances of getting commission is low. People who work there never went to college and wear suits and act like they are college graduates. They would hire anyone coz they care about sales since base salary is $0.
