Pros – - Management team is great
- Very flexible
- High quality work
- Lot of advisory type of work.
- Great at teamwork
Cons – - Relatively small
- Less of management consulting type of work
- Highly reliant on few great people.
- IT support is average.
Advice to Senior Management – - Consider merger with larger firm. Current model is very challenging.
- Need more work in execution of projects.
- Pay more variable (bonus) based on performance.
